Update Phone
FollowtheinstructionsbelowtoupdateyourphonewiththelatestfirmwareorPRL.
1. SelectMenu (leftselectionkey)> Tools > Update Phone.Selectoneofthefollowingoptions:
l Update Firmware–Updateyourphonewiththelatestfirmware.
l Update PRL–UpdateyourphonewiththelatestPRLfromtheoperator.
2. Followtheonscreenpromptstocompletetheupdate.
Update Profile
Followtheinstructionsbelowtoupdateyourphonewiththelatestnetworkparametersandserver
settingswhentheoperatorchangesthem.
1. SelectMenu(leftselectionkey)> Tools > Update Profile.
2. Followtheonscreenpromptstocompletetheupdate.
Mobile Sync
FollowtheinstructionsbelowtobackupallyourcontactstotheSprintserver,andifyouchange
phonesyoucanretrievethemfromtheserverwithyournewphone.
1. SelectMenu(leftselectionkey)>Tools>Mobile Sync.
2. FollowtheonscreenpromptstocompleteMobileSync.
