Answering or rejecting a call
1. Press to answer an incoming call.
2. Press to end the call.
If you do not want to answer the incoming call, you can either ignore or reject it by pressing Silence
and Reject.
Note that if you have activated the call divert, Divert if busy, for example, to your voice mailbox, the
rejected call will also be diverted. See Call divert on page 62.
Call waiting
With this network service you can answer an incoming call while you have a call in progress if you have
activated the Call waiting service on page 64.
While in a call, press or Options and select Answer. The first call is put on hold.
To switch between the two calls, press Swap or .
To reject the waiting call, press Options and then Reject.
To end the active call, press .
Options during a call
Your phone provides a number of functions that you can use during a call. Many of the options are
network services. By pressing Options during a call the following options may be available: Hold
orUnhold, New call,Send DTMF,End all calls, Phone book, Menu, Mute and Transfer
Send DTMF to send DTMF tone strings, Swap to swap between a conference and a private call, Transfer
to connect an active call and a call on hold, and disconnect yourself from the calls.
