• To copy names and numbers one at a time, select One by one. Choose whether to keep or erase
the original name and phone number and press Select. Scroll to the name and/or phone number
you want to copy. Press Copy to start copying or Back to cancel the operation.
• To copy names and numbers all at once, select Copy all. Choose whether to keep or erase the
original name and phone number and press Select. Press OK to start copying or Back to cancel
the operation.
The name is shortened if it is too long for the target phone book. If the name already exists in the
target phone book with a different phone number, an ordinal number is added to the end of the name.
■ Erasing names and phone numbers
You can remove names and phone numbers from the selected phone book one by one or all at once.
Press Names and select Erase.
• To delete names and numbers one at a time, select One by one and scroll to the name (and number)
you want to delete. Press Erase and confirm with OK.
• To delete names and numbers all at once, select Erase all. Choose the memory you want to erase,
Phone or SIM card and press Select. At the prompt Are you sure? press OK. Confirm with the
security code.
