Warning tones
Sets the phone to sound a warning tone, for example when the battery is running out of power or when
you play one of the games offered by your phone. This setting has no effect on network service related
tones.
Alert for
Sets the phone to ring only upon calls from phone numbers that belong to a selected caller group. See
also Caller groups on page 37.
Accessory settings
This submenu appears only after the phone is or has been connected to one of the accessories:
headsets HDC-5, HDE-2, mobile inductive loopset LPS-3 or HDR-1 music player.
1. Press Menu, select Settings and then Accessory settings.
2. Select either Headset or Handsfree. Some of the settings below are available for the accessory:
• Default profile
• Automatic answer
• Lights
Security settings
Your phone is equipped with a versatile security system to prevent unauthorised use of the phone or
the SIM card. See also Access codes on page 16.
