Menu functions
• View all notes to view the notes that are set for all days. Scroll through the note(s). Pressing
Options allows access to the same functions as View day notes. Scroll to the desired function and
press OK.
• Go to date to go to the date you want.
• Set the date to change the current date.
Making a calendar note
1. Press Menu and select Calendar.
2. Scroll to the date you want and press Options.
3. Select Make a note, then select one of the following note items:
• Training is indicated by the sport-specific icon, for example for Ice hockey. Select an item from a
list of sports. Key in a note and the date and time of training and press OK.
You can set the phone to sound a tone in anticipation for a note. When the phone asks Set alarm for
the note?, press Yes, key in the alarm date and press OK. Repeat this with the alarm time. The tone
alert is indicated by when you view the notes.
• Reminder is indicated by . Key in the note and the date and press OK.
• Call is indicated by . Key in the desired phone number or search for it from phone book, and the
date when the call should be made, press OK. Repeat this to set the time at which the call should be
made.
• Meeting is indicated by . Key in a note and the date of meeting, press OK. Repeat this to set
the time of the meeting.
