■ Saving names and phone numbers (Add name)
You can save names and phone numbers in the phone’s memory or in the SIM card’s memory.
1. Press Names and select Add name.
2. Key in the name and press OK.
For writing instructions, see Writing a message on page 46.
3. Key in the area code and phone number, and press OK.
Tip: If you key in the + character for the international prefix (press twice) in front of the
country code, you can use the same phone number when calling from abroad
■ Searching for names and phone numbers
1. Press Names and select Search.
2. Key in the first letter(s) of the name you are searching for.
3. Press OK or scroll with or until the name you want appears.
Tip: To quickly find a name and a phone number, press or in the standby mode. Key in
the first letter of the name and/or scroll to the name you want.
■ Copying names and phone numbers
You can copy names and phone numbers from the phone to the SIM card, or vice versa.
1. Press Names and select Copy .
2. Select the copying direction, From phone to SIM card or vice versa, and press Select.
