Calendar (Menu 7)
The calendar helps you to keep track of reminders, meetings, birthdays, training
events and calls that you need to make. The phone sounds an alarm tone when the
set date for a birthday, reminder or a call expires. You can save up to 100 calendar
notes in your phones memory.
Note: Your phone must be switched on to use this function. Do not switch the phone on when wireless
phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.
Calendar options
1. Press Menu and select Calendar.
2. Scroll to the date you want and press Options to view the functions listed below. Select:
View day notes to view the notes set for the chosen day. Scroll through the note(s). If you have
saved timed events to the calendar via stopwatch, you can view and edit them in the calendar but
you cannot set an alarm for them. Stopwatch notes are indicated by the icon , see also
Stopwatch on page 81.
By pressing Options while in a note alllows access to the following functions: Erase, Edit, Move,
View by weeks, Send note, Send to many and Send via IR.
Repeat to set a regular time period for the recurring note. The recurring note, for example every
week, does not take more space in your phones memory than a single note.

View by weeks to view calendar showing two weeks at a time with week numbers, days and dates.
Erase notes to delete the selected note(s). Scroll to one of the displayed options, Of chosen day, One
by one or All at once and press OK.
