Password protect a memory card
Select the memory card and Options > Memory card password.
These options are available only if a compatible memory card is inserted in the device.
Back up files
Select Menu > Applications > Office > File mgr..
It is recommended that you back up the phone memory regularly to a memory card
or a compatible computer.
Back up data from the phone memory to a memory card
Select Backup > Options > Back up now.
Restore data from the memory card to the phone memory
Select Backup > Options > Restore.
You can also connect your phone to a compatible computer, and use Nokia Suite to
back up data.
Adobe Reader
Select Menu > Applications > Office > Adobe PDF.
With Adobe Reader, you can read PDF documents with your device; search for text in
the documents; modify settings, such as zoom level and page views; and send PDF
files by mail.

Select Menu > Settings and Application mgr..
With Application manager you can view details of installed applications, remove
applications, and define installation settings.
You can install the following types of applications:
• J2ME applications, based on Java™ technology, that have the .jad or .jar file
extension
• Applications, compatible with the Symbian operating system, that have the .sis
or .sisx file extension
• Widgets that have the .wgz file extension
