DELETING A NUMBER, TEXT ITEM OR IMAGE ADDED TO A NAME
Press or in standby mode, scroll to the desired name (and
number) and press Details. Scroll to the number, text item or image you
want to delete, press Options and select the appropriate function (for
example, Delete detail to delete a text item). Press Yes.
Copying contacts
You can copy names and phone numbers from the phone to the SIM card
and vice versa. Text items or images saved in the phone will not be copied
to the SIM card.
1 Press Menu in standby mode and select Contacts and Copy.
2 Select the copying direction, that is From phone to SIM card or From
SIM card to phone.
3 Select One by one, All or Primary numbers. Primary numbers is shown
only when you copy from the phone to the SIM card.
If you select One by one or All to copy all the numbers added to a
name from the phone to the SIM card, each number may be saved
separately on the card.
If you select One by one, scroll to the desired name and press
Copy.
If you select Primary numbers, only the default numbers will be
copied with the names.
4 Select whether you want to keep the original names and numbers
(Keep original) or delete them (Move original).
If you selected All or Primary numbers, press Yes to start the
copying or moving.
Voice dialing
You can dial a phone number by saying one or more words (’voice tag’)
attached to it. The voice tag can be, for example, a name.
Voice tags are saved in the phone. All the voice tags are deleted if you
insert another SIM card into the phone and save new voice tags.
