Backing Up Within a Menu

Phone Number. (Your phone number and other
information about your phone and account will be
displayed.)
Making and Answering Calls
Making Calls
Placing a call from your wireless phone is as easy as
making a call from any landline phone. Enter the
number, press , and you’re on your way to clear
calls.
1. Make sure your phone is on.
2. Enter a phone number from standby mode. (If you
make a mistake while dialing, press to erase
the numbers.)
3. Press . (To make a call when you are roaming
and Call Guard is enabled, press
and then
press . See “Using Call Guard” on page 76.)
4. Press when you are finished.
You can also place calls from your phone by speed
dialing numbers from your Contacts (page 32), using
Voice Dial (page 99), and using your History listings
(page 78).
Tip
To redial your last outgoing call, press twice.
When making calls off the Sprint National Network,
always dial using 11 digits (1 + area code + phone
number).
