Changing the Phone’s Menu Style
Your phone allows you to choose how the main menu appears
on your display screen.
1. Select > (right softkey)> Change View.
2. SelectGrid View or List View.

Grid View to view each main menu item as an animated
single-screen icon. You can select a menu by pressing a
number key. Allocation of menu options corresponds to
that of number keys on the keypad.

List View to view main menu as a list. Menu option is
numbered and you can select it by pressing the
corresponding number key on the key pad.
You can also change the phone’s menu style through the settings
menu.
1. Select > Settings > Display > Main Menu.
2. SelectGrid View or List View.
Changing the Backlight Time Length
To change the backlight setting:
1. Select > Settings > Display > Backlight > Main LCD.
2. SelectAlways On, Dim Only, or a preset length of time.
To change the keypad backlight setting:
1. Select > Settings > Display > Backlight > Key.
2. SelectAlways Off or a preset length of time.
Note: Long backlight settings affect the phone’s talk and standby times.
