Setting Options Description
IP Settings DHCP
IP Address
Subnet Mask
Gateway Address
DHCP: set to On if your network
assigns addresses automatically; set to
Off to manually enter the network's IP
Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway
Address using 0 to 255 for each ad‐
dress field.
Do not use these addresses: 0.0.0.0,
127.x.x.x or 224.0.0.0 through
255.255.255.255 (where x is a number
from 0 to 255) for IP Address and
Gateway Address and 0.0.0.0 and
255.255.255.255 for Subnet Mask.

Network Menu - Mail Menu
Settings on the Mail menu let you receive an email notification if a problem
or warning occurs in the projector.

Mail Notification On
Off
Set to On to send an email to the
preset addresses when a problem or
warning occurs with a projector.
SMTP Server IP address Enter the IP address for the projector's
SMTP server using 0 to 255 for each
address field.
Do not use these addresses: 127.x.x.x or
224.0.0.0 through 255.255.255.255
(where x is a number from 0 to 255).
Port Number 1 to 65535 (de‐
fault is 25)
Select a number for the SMTP server
Port Number.

Up to 32 alphanu‐
meric characters
Enter the e-mail address, and select the
alerts you want to receive. Repeat for
up to 3 addresses.
