you contact the Customer Care Center, be

The name of your service provider:
Assurance Wireless.
The actual error message or problem
you are experiencing.
The steps you took to reproduce the
problem.
The phone’s mobile equipment ID
(MEID). To locate the MEID, select
MENU > Settings > Phone Info >
My Phone# and scroll down.
