Calculator
Calculator allows you to perform simple mathematical calculations using your device.
1. Swivel open the phone to reveal the full QWERTY keypad.
2. Press the Key (MENU), and press Settings & Tools.
3. Press Tools, and then press Calculator.
4. Press Basic Calculator.
5. Enter the first number of the calculation using the keypad.
• To change a number to a negative, press .
• To insert a decimal point, press .
6. Use the Directional Key to add (UP), subtract (DOWN), multiply (RIGHT), or divide (LEFT) values. To enter a parenthesis
or power, press the Right Soft Key (Operator) and select (, ), or Power by pressing the Key.
7. Enter the second number.
8. Press the Key to solve your equation.
Note: This calculator has limited accuracy and is designed for simple calculations.
Tip Calculator
Tip calculator allows you to calculate tips.
1. Swivel open the phone to reveal the full QWERTY keypad.
2. Press the Key (MENU), and press Settings & Tools.
3. Press Tools, and then press Calculator.
4. Press Tip Calculator.
5. Enter the amount of your bill using the keypad.
6. Scroll down, and enter the tip percentage by pressing the Directional Key left or right.
7. Scroll to the Split field, and enter the number of parties by pressing the Directional Key left or right.
To reset the calculation, press the Left Soft Key (Reset).
Converter
Converter allows you to convert measures from one unit to another.
1. Swivel open the phone to reveal the full QWERTY keypad.
2. Press the Key (MENU), and press Settings & Tools.
3. Press Tools, and then press Calculator.
4. Press Converter.
5. Enter a Fahrenheit or Celsius degree using the keypad, and press the Key.

2. Press the Key (MENU), and press Settings & Tools.
3. Press Tools, and then press Calculator.
4. Press Converter.
5. Press the Right Soft Key (Options), and select from the following:
• Set conversion — Select from Temperature, Currency, Weight, Length, Area, Volume or Other, and from the available
unit conversion options.
• Reverse conversion — Reverse the units being converted.
• Configure — Add new conversions or adjust exchange rates.
• Help — View more information.
