In the message view, use the following options:
• Reply: Select .
• Reply to all: Select Reply all.
• Forward: Select Forward.
• Add star to message: Select to add a star to a
message.
• Preview: Select Preview next to the attachment item to
view the attachment.
• Download: Select Download to save the attachment to
your memory card.
• Archive: Select Archive to archive the message.
• Delete: Select Delete to delete the message.
• Display previous or next message: Select or
to move to the previous or next message.
Organize email by labels
You can organize your email by labelling your messages or
adding stars to mark important messages. You can then sort
messages by label filter.
To add a label to a message:
1. In the Inbox screen, tap and hold a message.
2. Select Change labels.
3. Select a label to add and select OK.
To add a star to a message:
1. In the Inbox screen, tap and hold a message.
2. Select Add star. The star icon next to the message is
activated.
To filter messages:
1. In the Inbox screen, press [ ] Go to labels.
2. Select the label of the messages that you want to view.
