Text Message Settings
1. In Standby mode, press
Message
, then select
Msg Settings

Text Message
. The following options appear in the
display:
•Auto View
— Automatically view messages as they are received.
•Auto Scroll
— When set to
On
, the phone automatically scrolls
message text, letting you see the complete message text without
using the navigation keys.
•Message View
— When set to
Chat
, all successive text messages
to or from a particular number, are displayed within a message.
2. Select the desired sub-menu to enter the sub-menu and
change the selected message settings.
Picture Message Settings
1. In Standby mode, press
Message
, then select
Msg Settings
➔
Picture Message
. The following option appears in the
display:
• Auto Receive
— Lets you choose whether to be prompted to
retrieve picture messages from your provider’s Email server or to
automatically retrieve all picture messages as they are received by
the server.
2. Select
Auto Receive
to enter the sub-menu and change the
selected message setting.
