Start a running session
Prepare to attach the phone to your
hip or arm before you start a running
session

To start a running session
1 } Fitness } Running } Start.
2 Close the phone.
3 Place the phone in the holder of the
belt clip.
4 Press the top of the phone against the
holder until it clicks into place.
5 Start running after the final countdown
sound.
Running session options
Use the following options after starting
a running session.
Press to begin a new lap.
Press to toggle between views in
the Fitness application.
Press to resume or pause the
Fitness application.
Press to toggle between active
applications and standby mode.
Press and hold to view help
texts.
Stop a running session
Release the phone from the belt clip
when you have finished a running
session

To stop a running session
Open the phone and press Stop.
Options when the running session is
stopped:
} Results to view results for the
current session

} Run again to start a new session.
Press to enter the main menu.
Press and hold to exit the Fitness
application and return to standby.
Training setup
The lap distance, lap time, number of
laps and speed limit can be set before
you run.
Lap distance
Base your training session on a
specific lap distance to keep track of
the time spent per lap.
The running function will only record
data when the phone is closed.
You cannot add laps manually when
Lap
Distance
or
Lap Time
is set.
The distance unit can be set to
Kilometers
or
Miles %
64 Unit settings
