Answering Calls
1. Make sure your phone is on. (If your phone is off, incoming calls
go to voicemail.)
2. When a call comes in, answer the call by pressing or Flip
Open. (To set additional call answer options, please see "Call
Answer" on page 42.)
Depending on your settings, your Sprint PCS Phone notifies you of
incoming calls in the following ways:
ⅷ
The phone rings or vibrates.
ⅷ
The LED flashes.
ⅷ
The backlight illuminates.
ⅷ
The screen displays an incoming call message.
ⅷ
If available, the phone number of the caller is displayed.
ⅷ
If the phone number is in your internal Phone Book, the Phone
Book entry’s name is displayed.

To answer a roaming call with Call Guard activated, please see "Call Guard"
on page 61.
Note: If your phone is off, incoming calls go to voicemail.
Ending a Call
To disconnect a call when you are finished:

Press twice or Flip Close.
