•The flash
indicator (4)
shows whether
the flash is set
to On () or Off
().
•The sequence
mode indicator
(5) shows that
the sequence
mode is active. See "Exposure modes" on page 19.
The night mode indicator (6) shows that the camera
has been set to take pictures in low light conditions.
The white balance indicator (7) shows the selected
white balance setting. See "Adjust color and lighting"
on page 19.
The color tone indicator (8) shows the selected color
tone. See "Adjust color and lighting" on page 19.
The self-timer indicator (9) shows that the self-timer
is activated. See "You in the picture — self-timer" on
page 19.
When taking a picture, note the following:
Use both hands to keep the camera still.
The quality of a zoomed picture is lower than that of a
nonzoomed picture.
The camera goes into the battery saving mode if there
are no keypresses for a moment. To continue taking
pictures, press the scroll key.
To select the secondary camera, for example, to include
yourself in the picture, rotate the display to the Fold open
or View mode, and select Options > Use second. camera.
If you do not want to keep the image, press , or select
Options > Delete.
To send the image Via multimedia, Via e-mail, Via
Bluetooth, or Via infrared, press , or select Options >
Send. For more information, see "Messaging" on page 35
and "Bluetooth connectivity" on page 75. This option is not
available during an active call.
To send an image to the other party during an active call,
select Options > Send MMS.
To set the current image as background image, select
Options > Set as wallpaper.
To add the current image to a contact card, select
Options > Add to contact.
To rename the current image, select Options > Rename
