Once all fields are complete, press SEND to send the message to the
intended recipient(s).
Message Folders
Your phone provides default message folders for your Text and Picture-Video
messages.
Note: To quickly view all messages in the Inbox, Sent, or Drafts folders, open one message and then press
the right navigation key to view the next message or press the left navigation key to view the previous
message.
Inbox
Received messages of all types are stored in the Inbox folder.
1. In idle mode, press the left soft key Message.
2. Press 2 () Inbox.
3. Use the navigation key to highlight the message that you wish to view.
4. Press OPEN to view contents of the highlighted message.
5. While viewing a message press the right soft key Options to display
the options listed.
Play Again: Replays a Picture-Video message.
Forward: Forward the message to another recipient.
Erase: Deletes the message. Only displays in menu when a sound byte isn’t
attached to the message that was sent.
Save Picture: Saves the picture-video sent in a Picture-Video message to My
Pictures or My Video.
Save Sound: Saves the sound byte received with the message in My Sounds.
Save As Ringtone: Saves the sound byte received with the message a ringtone.
Save Quick Text: Saves the text received in the message to the Quick Text list.
Save Name Card: Saves the name card received in the message.
Lock/Unlock: Secures/Unsecures the message to prevent deletion.
Add To Contacts: Save the number of the sender to your Contacts as a new entry
or add to an existing entry.
Message Info: Provides the following information: From (also provides the date
and time the message was sent), Callback Number, Priority, Message Type, Size
and if a Picture, Sound or Name Card were included in the message.
Note: If no sound byte or video is attached to the message, press the left soft key Erase to delete the
message or press the left soft key Mute/Unmute/Play to play or mute/unmute the sound byte
attached to the message.
