Press the OK Key to save the setting.
ONE TOUCH DIAL
To initiate a speed dial call by holding down the speed dial digit:
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Settings and press the OK Key, scroll to Call
Settings and press the OK Key. Select One Touch Dial and press the OK Key.
2.
Scroll to select On or Off and press the OK Key.
VOICE PRIVACY
To enhance voice privacy during a call:
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Settings and press the OK Key, scroll to Call
Settings and press the OK Key. Select Voice Privacy and press the OK Key.
3.
Press the OK Key [MARK], and then press the Left Soft Key [Done].
AUTO RETRY
To set the length of time the phone waits before automatically redialing a number
when the attempted call fails:
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Settings and press the OK Key, scroll to Call
Settings and press the OK Key. Select Auto Retry and press the OK Key.
2.
Scroll to select 10 Seconds, 30 Seconds, 60 Seconds or Off and press the OK
Key.
TTY MODE
You can attach a TTY device to your phone enabling you to communicate with
parties also using a TTY device. A phone with TTY support is able to translate typed
characters to voice. Voice can also be translated into characters and displayed on
the TTY.
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Settings and press the OK Key, scroll to Call
Settings and press the OK Key. Select TTY Mode and press the OK Key.
2.
Select one of the following options:
The default setting is Flip Open.
Note
If One Touch Dial is disabled, Speed Dial numbers designated in your Contacts
will not function.
