VIEW CALENDAR EVENTS
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.
2.
Scroll to a date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event
for that day.
3.
Press the OK Key [VIEW] for more detailed information about the event.
ERASE SAVED EVENT
1.
Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.

Scroll to date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event
for that day.

Press the Right Soft Key [Options], select Erase and press the OK Key, then
select Yes and press the OK Key.
ERASE ALL PASSED EVENTS

Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.

The New Event screen will be displayed. Enter the event name. Press the
Directional Key down to move to the next fields.

Press the OK Key [SAVE] to save it. The date of the event will be marked on
your calendar.
• Start Time: Use the keypad to set a start time and press the Left Soft Key for am/
pm.
• End Time: Use the keypad to set a end time and press the Left Soft Key for am/pm.
• Start Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the start date.
• End Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the end date.
• Time Zone: If the Time Zone needs to be adjusted, press the Left Soft Key [Set].
Press the Directional Key up or down / to select a new time zone then press the OK
Key.
• Recurrence: Press the Directional Key left or right to set the recurrence of the
event (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
• Tone: Press the OK [Set] to select a new ringtone. Press the Directional Key up or
down to highlight a ringtone then press the OK Key. Press the Left Soft Key [Play/
Stop] to preview a ringtone.
• Vibrate: Press the OK Key [Set] then select either On or Off and press the OK Key.
• Reminder: Press the OK Key [Set] to select an alert time interval option: 0, 5, 10,
or 15 Minutes.
