To set a voice command, press the Right Soft Key [Set].
CALLING USING VOICE ACTIVATED DIALING
Use the Call command to voice dial a name from your Contact List.
1.
To call a number saved in your Contact List, with the flip open, press the Voice
Commands Key . You will hear and see ”Please Say a Command”.
2.
After the beep, say ”Call”.
3.
You will hear and see ”Please say a name”.
4.
After the beep, say the name of contact.
5.
You will hear ”Did you say [name] [phone number]” and the contact will be
displayed on screen. More than one contact may be displayed. If the first
contact is not correct, say ”No”. Repeat until the correct contact is indicated.
Say ”Yes” if the name and phone number are correct.
6.
The phone will dial the number.
VOICE COMMANDS
Your phone is equipped with an AVR (Advanced Voice Recognition) feature. This
feature allows you to make calls or use the phone’s functions by simply using your
voice. All you have to do is talk into the phone and the phone will recognize your
voice and complete tasks by itself.
1.
In Idle Mode, with the flip open, press the Voice Commands Key to access
the Voice Commands menu. You will hear ”Please say a command”.
2.
After the phone beeps, say the name of the command that you want to
perform.
You can also access this menu by pressing the OK Key
[MENU], selecting Tools
and pressing the OK Key and then selecting Voice Commands and pressing the
OK Key.
Note
If more than one phone number exists for the contact you are calling, the
primary number will be the one chosen for voice activated dialing.
Note
The commands listed in the following table are available.
1. Call: Lets you dial a phone number by saying a name saved in your contact list.
2. Digit Dial: Lets you dial a phone number by saying the digits in the phone
number.
3. Redial: Lets you dial a phone number by last dial phone number.
4. Voice Answer: Lets you activate voice answer mode.
5. Recent Calls: Lets you view recent calls list.
6. Voicemail: Lets you access Voice Mail.
7. Battery: Lets you view your phone’s current battery level.
