CALENDAR
Manage calendar events
Create a new event
To create a new event, do the following:
1 Go to the Apps Home screen and tap Calendar to view the Today screen. Then tap New.
2 The New Event screen appears. Create your new event:
• Edit the default values for Start and End dates and times by tapping edit next to each value.
•Tap Repeat to choose a repetition option.
•Type the Location and a Note if you wish.
•Tap Reminder to choose when you want to be reminded. Select from None, Event start, 5
minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day, or 2 days before the start of the event.
Note: By default, a reminder alarm is set for 15 minutes before the event.
•Tap Done to save your event.
Set reminder sound
To set the Reminder sound, which will apply to all events, go to Settings > Sound > Calendar and
choose from the sound selector.
Delete an event
To delete an event, do the following:
1 Find the event you want to delete, then tap it to view its details.
2 Tap Delete. You’ll be asked to confirm.
