Make a call with 1-touch dialing
Press and hold the key to which an entry has been assigned, or press the
key to which an entry is assigned and then press the Talk key.
Your phone dials the entry assigned to the key.
Change 1-touch dialing numbers
1 At the start screen, select Names > 1-touch dialing.
2 Scroll to the 1-touch dialing location you wish to change and select
Options
> Change.
3 Enter the new number or select Find to retrieve a number from your
phone book; then select OK.
4 Enter a name for the entry and select OK.
Delete 1-touch dialing numbers
1 At the start screen, select Names > 1-touch dialing.
2 Scroll to the 1-touch dialing location you wish to delete and select
Options > Delete.
You are asked to confirm the deletion.
3 Select OK to delete the key assignment.
• TOUCH TONE STRINGS
Your phone allows you to create special sets of numbers known as touch
tone strings which will dial a series of digits after a “wait” or a “pause.”
For example, you can program your phone to send your account number
while you are banking by phone.
You must be in numeric entry mode to enter these characters. Enter the
numbers as usual. When you want to insert the special characters, press
the Star key repeatedly to switch among *, +, p, w characters.
Note: Use caution when sending confidential information if voice
privacy is not active.
