Using the Task List
You can use the Task function to in the same way you would use a to-
do list. When the task has been completed, you can check it off as
done. To enter tasks into your Planner, follow these steps:
To Enter a Task
1. Display the Task List (Menu .)
2. If this is the first entry, enter a description of the countdown.
Otherwise, press the left soft key for Add New and enter the
text. See "Entering Text" on page 26.
3. Press the left soft key for Next.
4. Use the Left and Right navigation key to select a priority for the
task: Low or High.
5. Press the Down navigation key and use the keypad to enter the
Due Time. Press the right soft key to select AM or PM.
6. Press the navigation key down once.
7. Use the keypad to enter the Due Date.
8. Press the left soft key for Done.
To View or Edit the Current Tasks
1. Display the Task List (Menu .)
2. Highlight a talk and press . The task is displayed.
• To edit the task, press the left soft key for Edit.
• To delete task, press the right soft key for Options and
select Erase.
