• If you wish to discard the current video, press the right
soft key for Reject. You can continue to take videos.
Camcorder Options
There are several settings associated with the camcorder. These
settings allow you to customize how the camcorder operates when
taking videos.
1. Start the camcorder. For more information, see "Taking Videos"
on page 83.
2. Press the right soft key for Options.
3. Press the number key corresponding to the desired option.
• Movie Light: Allows you to configure the operation of the
light: Off, On This Movie, or Always On.
• Self-Timer: Allows you to configure a timer for Off, 5 Seconds
or 10 Seconds. To start the timer, press .
• Color Tones: Press the Left and Right navigation keys to select
the color of the video: Auto, Monochrome, Green, Sepia, or
Blue. When you find the desired tone, press .
• White Balance: Allows you to set up the white balance of the
camcorder automatically or manually using the different preset
modes. The modes available are:
• Auto: Automatically adjusts the lighting.
• Sunny: Decreases the light sensitivity for taking videos in full
or mostly sunny conditions.
• Cloudy: Increases light sensitivity for taking videos under
cloudy conditions.
• Tungsten: Adjusts the white balance to match inside lighting
conditions displayed using common household light bulbs.
