65 Messaging
Alpha: is the standard keypad text entry mode.
Number: is the standard numeric entry mode.
Quick Text: Quick Text messages are used to enter common
responses to questions. A Quick Text can be selected and
automatically entered into the message. Quick Text can also be
customized to whatever you want by editing the 9 pre-set
messages already stored in your phone.
To edit a Quick Text message, highlight the desired Quick Text
message and press . Edit the message and press
the left soft key
for Select when finished.
Auto Scrolling: The scroll timer allows you to set the length of
time a message takes to scroll across the screen. Options are
Off, 3
Seconds
, 5 Seconds or 10 Seconds.
Message Reminder: This option allows you to configure how
often you are notified of new text messages. Options are
Off, Once,
or Every 2 min. To select 30 minutes or Always on, select Every 2
min, press , and then select a different option.
Alert on call: This option allows you to configure whether your
phone alerts you to a new message during a phone call. Options are
Off or On.
Memory Info
This menu displays how much memory is available for messages.
Press the left soft key for Done to return to the previous screen.
Web Alert
Your phone is capable of receiving web alerts from online providers.
Consult with your Service Provider for more details.
