Phone Settings
Set NAM: Select NAM 1 or NAM 2.
Call Guard: Select On or Off.
6. Press to save and exit.
Security
The Security screen allows you to lock your phone, enable or disable
voice privacy, set restrictions, and other security options.
1. Press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Press for Settings.
3. Press for System.
4. Press for Security.
5. Enter the lock code. The factory settings are the last four
digits of your telephone number. Select one of the following options:
Lock Phone: Restricts the use of your phone by
engaging the lock. Select Unlocked, On Power-Up, or Lock
Now.
Lock Camera: Restricts the use of the phone’s built-in
camera. Select On or Off.
Lock Camcorder: Restricts the use of the phone’s built-
in camcorder. Select On or Off.
Change Lock: Change the lock code for your phone.
Enter the new number and press the left soft key for Next.
You will be asked to confirm the new number.
Special #: Allows you to enter special phone numbers
which can be called even if the phone is locked. Select one of
the slots and press the left soft key for Select. Type in the
new number and press to save.
