Phone Settings
1. Press the left soft key for Menu.
2. Press for Settings.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Volume.
5. Press for Ringer, for Messages, for Earpiece,
Speaker, or for Power On/Off.
6. Press the navigation key left or right until the desired volume
level is selected and press the left soft key to Select and
exit.
Tip
: You can adjust the ringer volume in idle mode (or the earpiece
volume during a call) by using the volume key on the side of your
phone.
Alerts
Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you change
service areas, once a minute during a voice call, or when a call has
been connected.
The different actions available are:
• Minute Beep - An alert tone is sounded every minute that you
are connected.
• Call Connect - An alert tone is sounded when you are initially
connected.
• Call Lost - An alert tone is sounded when the signal fades and
the connection is lost.
• No Service - An alert tone is sounded when you come in or out
of your coverage area.
To enable or disable alert sounds:
