There are two ways to set the ringer volume for voice and fax
calls:
♦ From Standby mode, press the volume keys until the
desired volume is reached. The options are High, Med,
Low, Vibrate, 1-Beep, or Off.
♦ In the Main Menu:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Setup.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Volume.
5. Press for Calls.
6. Press the scroll keys to High, Med, Low, 1-Beep, Vibrate or
Off.
7. When the desired ringer volume setting displays, press
to save the setting.

This option enables you to set a unique ringer type for
incoming message calls. This means you can have distinct
ringer types for Voicemail notifications, Text messages, numeric
pages, and MiniBrowser messages.
To set the ringer type for voice calls:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Setup.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Type.
5. Press for Messages.
6. Press for Voicemail, for Page, for Text,
or for BrowserMsg.
