Phone Book Entry Options
To display a Phone Book entry, see “Finding a Name” or “Finding
an Entry” on the previous pages.
To select an option, highlight it and press
.
• Call – Dials the entry’s speed-dialing number.
• Roam Confirm – Reminds you that you are making a call on
an analog network. (See “Disabling Roam Confirm” on page 76.)
• Roam Call – Dials the phone number using the current
PCS CDMA or analog cellular network.
• Alternate Numbers – Press and hold
to dial an
alternate phone number (if the entry has more than one phone
number).
• Call Alarm – Creates a Call Alarm. (See “Adding Call Alarms
From the Phone Book” on page 45.)
• Add Phone # – Adds a phone number to the entry. (See
“Adding Phone Numbers to a Phone Book Entry” on page 46.)
• Set ID Ringer – Assigns a Ring Type to the entry. (See
“Selecting an ID Ringer” on page 46.)
• Prepend – Inserts numbers or pauses before the phone
number. (See “Prepend Dialing” on page 36.)
• Edit – Edits the entry. (See “Editing a Phone Book Entry” on
page 47.)
