Use the Scheduler to remind you of events or important calls you
need to make. You can schedule up to 100 events,
15 Call Alarms and 20 To-Do Items.
Scheduler Menu
Adding Meetings, Special Occasions, General Events and
Dining Appointments
1. From the Main Menu, highlight Scheduler and press
.
2. Highlight the day you want to add an event to by pressing the
Mouse Key left (previous day) or right (next day) and press
.
Tip! Press the Mouse Key up or down to scroll through the
previous (up) or next (down) week’s events. Press the up or down
Volume Control keys to scroll through the week’s events for the
previous (up) or next (down) month.
3. Highlight Add Event and press .
4. Highlight Meeting, Spcl Occasion, Event or
Dining Appt. and press .
5. Enter a description and press .
