Installing the SIM card and
battery
1. With the back of the phone facing up, press
down on the back cover. Slide the cover as
shown in the diagram below, and remove it
from the phone.
2. If the battery is already installed, press at the
base of the battery and lift it out of the battery
compartment.
WARNING: There is a danger of explosion
if the battery is incorrectly replaced. To
reduce risk of fire or burns, do not
disassemble, crush, puncture, short
external contacts, expose to temperature
above 60°C (140°F), or dispose of battery
in fire or water. Replace only with specified
batteries according to the local regulations.
IMPORTANT: The SIM card is easily
damaged by scratching and bending, so
take care when handling it.
IMPORTANT: Keep SIM card away from
static, dust and water.
IMPORTANT: Power off the phone and
disconnect the charger before inserting or
removing the SIM card.
