What to do if...
Your PIN is
blocked
•You have entered a
wrong PIN three times in
a row.
Contact your network
operator, or use the PUK
code of the SIM card if
provided by your network
operator.
The battery
won’t charge
•The battery or charger is
out of order.
Contact your dealer.
• The phone temperature
goes below 0°C or above
45°C.
Change the charging
environment.
• Poor connection. Check if the charger is
properly connected.
The phone
automatically
shuts down.
•The battery is not
properly installed.
Please make sure the

memory is full.
Delete some data from the
