30 Using the Address Book
USING THE ADDRESS BOOK
1. Press the Address Book key.
2. To place a call, tap the number (not the name).
If there is more than one number, tap and select
the number you want to call. That number is moved
into the Address list. Tap to select it.
3. Press to place the call.
4. To end the call, tap .
5. To edit information, tap the person’s name (not the
phone number) and make your modifications.
6. To add a new entry, tap New.
7. Use your stylus to enter as much or as little information as you like for your
contact. To enter information in a new line, tap on the line.
– Place an entry in a category, such as Business or Personal, or make an
entry private by tapping Details. Use your stylus to make selections.
– Attach a note to a contact by tapping Note with your stylus. Enter your
text and tap Done.
8. When you have entered all information for a contact, tap Done.
