SYNCHRONIZING YOUR PHONE WITH A COMPUTER
To synchronize your phone with your computer, install the Kyocera 7135
desktop software on the computer. You’ll find it on the CD-ROM in your phone
package. For detailed instructions, see the Reference Guide on the CD-ROM.

owners, before you synchronize your phone, remove the
Saved_Preferences.prc file from the Palm Backup folder. You do not need
to remove this file before synchronizing if you choose to give your new
phone a user name that is different from your original Palm, or if you are not
a previous Palm user.
If you have a serial connection: If you already use a Palm device and have
installed the Palm Desktop software on your computer, it is not necessary
to install it again.
Palm Desktop software on your computer, install the USB drivers located
on the enclosed CD-ROM. See page 5 for examples of serial and USB
connections.
