10.1.2 Inbox
Inbox is used to store the received email. The email numbers will be displayed on the bottom of the
screen. You can do the following in the Inbox:
Select read: You can view the information including sender, the name of the attachment, topic
and body.
Select reply: Reply to the sender.
Select forward: Forward the email to another receiver.
Select delete: Delete the email from the inbox.
Select empty inbox: Delete all the email in the inbox.
10.1.3 Outbox
The outbox stores all the unsent emails. You can do the following in outbox:
Select Send: You can send the email as the stored address.
Select Read: You can view the contents of the email.
Select forward: You can forward the email to others.
Select stop send: To stop sending the current email.
Select delete: To delete the email from outbox.
Select empty outbox; To delete all the emails in the outbox.
10.1.4 Draft box
The Draft box is used to store the edited emails that are to be sent later. You can perform the
following operation in the draft box.
Select edit: You can reselect the receiver and modify the contents of the email.
Select delete: You can delete the email from the Sketch box.
Select empty: You can delete all the emails in the Sketch .
10.1.5 email
Send email is used to store all the sent email. You can perform the following in the sent email
folder:
Select read: You can view the information including receiver, CC, the name of the attachment,
topic and the body.
Select forward: You can resend the email to others.
Select delete: You can delete the saved emails from the sent email folder.
Select empty mailbox: To delete all the emails from the sent email folder.
10.2 Create and send email
Click “email” icon in the main touch screen to open the email window. Click “create” to open the
create email window. You can now create a new email.
1. Click “To:” to open an email type selection window. Select the corresponding email to open
the receiver list window. The list will show all the contacts with an email in the Contact. The
contacts without an email address will not be shown. If no contacts have email address the
phone will display the message: “No email is set for contacts”.
