Deleting a contact card
1. On the contact list or on the summary screen, press the
Menu
soft key and select
Delete
.
2. Press the
Yes
soft key to permanently delete the
contact card.
Note
: If you delete a contact card on your phone and
synchronise Contacts with your computer, the contact
card in Outlook on your computer will be deleted.
Calendar
Use
Calendar
to schedule appointments, including
meetings and other events. You can check your
appointments in one of several views (Agenda, Week, and
Month).
To open Calendar:
On the Home screen, press the
Start
soft key and select
Organizer
→
Calendar
. You can view the lists of
appointments that you have created in the agenda view.
Creating an appointment
1. Press the
Menu
soft key and select
New Appointment
.
2. Fill in the fields.
•
Subject
: Enter a description of the
appointment
.
•
Start date
,
Start time
,
End date
, and
End time
: If
needed, change the date and time.
