Service Features
Per-Line Blocking
You can request that Sprint Customer Service
permanently block delivery of your phone number on
every call you make. In this case, you may need to
display your number for certain calls.
To show your number on a per-call basis:
Press *82 before dialing the call.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting lets you receive a second call while on an
active call. Call Waiting is always available, unless you
turn it off for a specific call.
If you are on a call and receive a second call, your
phone emits a tone and displays a message.
To accept the second call and put the active call on hold:
Touch Answer.
To decline the second call:
Touch Ignore. If you subscribe to voicemail, the call
is forwarded to your voicemail box, unless you set
Call Forward or If Busy to a different number.
Turn Off Call Waiting
To turn off Call Waiting before a call:
Press *70 before dialing the call. Call Waiting
is reactivated once the call ends.
Making a Second Call
1. Place or receive a phone call.
2. While the call is active, touch
Add call. (The first call
is placed on hold.)
3. Enter a second phone number and press ` to
place the call.
To end the second call and make the on-hold call active:
Press @.
To make the on-hold call active and put the active call on
hold:
Touch Switch Calls.
