Answer Options
Select methods for answering incoming calls.
1. From the Home Screen, touch

2. Choose a setting:
• Slide Open to Answer
: Answer calls by opening the slide.
• Any Key to Answer
: When slide is open, answer calls by pressing
any key on the QWERTY keyboard.
• Auto Answer with Handsfree
: When using a handsfree device,
answer calls automatically after a 5 second delay.
•Auto Retry
: Selects automatic retry settings for calls. See “Auto
Retry” on page 67.
• TTY Mode
: Enables or disables the TTY (teletypewriter) function.
See “TTY Mode” on page 67.
• Voice Privacy
: Encrypts your voice signal in order to maintain voice
privacy. See “Voice Privacy” on page 67.
