Explanation: Module ARVRCIS3 or ARVRCIS5 of APPLICATION RESTART
CONTROL (AR/CTL) for VSAM issued a CICS command level call, and the call
was unsuccessful. The func value is the EIBFN function code value. The eibresp
value is the response code, and the eibrcode values is the retcode from EIB.
System Action: AR/CTL for VSAM finishes building the file table, but AR/CTL
for VSAM may have incorrect file status information for remote file sharing.
User Response: Identify the CICS command call and response to determine the
cause of the failure. If the error cannot be resolved, contact BMC Software Product
Support.

Explanation: Module ARVRCIS3 of APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL

from the command EXEC CICS INQUIRE SYSTEM RELEASE.
System Action: AR/CTL for VSAM finishes building the file table, AR/CTL for

User Response: Make sure that the CICS level you are running is supported by
AR/CTL for VSAM. If you are using an early-ship level of CICS or have applied
new maintenance to CICS, contact BMC Software Product Support.
