AND AR/CTL FOR DB2 IS NOT LICENSED
Explanation: When requesting automatic checkpointing using a DB2 cursor as
the trigger, the APPLICATION RESTART CONTROL (AR/CTL) for
DB2* product
must be licensed.
System Action: If the Application Enhancement Solutions Force AR/CTL
execution option is set to Y, the job step terminates abnormally with abend U1553. If
this option is set to N, the job step continues without AR/CTL.
