any accompanying messages. Take appropriate action as indicated by the
accompanying messages.
BMC152106S Abend <abend code> occurred during VSAM LOGGING COMPONENT
INITIALIZATION. <subsysid>
Explanation: An unrecoverable error occurred during initialization, and the
indicated abend code was returned. The abend code indicates the problem area. A
user abend code contains four decimal digits, and a system abend code contains three
hexadecimal digits.
System Action: Initialization for the Application Enhancement Solutions (AES)
VSAM component terminates; initialization does not occur.
User Response: Contact BMC Software Product Support, and provide the abend
code value.
BMC152107S Product down-leveling attempted, <old level>, <new level>,

Explanation: The product tried to initialize at a lower level than previously
active. The installed product was created by a set of modules that were at a more
current (or higher) maintenance level. This message contains the version and
modification levels of the current modules and those being initialized.

User Response: Confirm that VSAM component modules in the libraries have not
been down-leveled by backups or obsolete modules. Update any down-leveled
modules, and reissue the REINIT command.
