Operating in analog ( ) mode. Your phone
switches between modes to find the best
signal. To set your phone to operate in a single
mode, select
Menu Settings
Network Digital/Analog.
Operating in digital mode when far away from
a base station or cell site.
Using data cables or accessories, such as the
Hands-free headset.
Operating when no service is available, or
service is available intermittently.
High earpiece and ringer volume settings.
Repeating sound, vibration, or lighted alerts.
Performing basic functions
Turn the phone on: Press and wait until
the hourglass icon appears.
Turn the phone off: Press and hold until
the phone beeps or the screen goes blank.
Make a call: Enter the number and press .
End a call: Press (the red key).
Answer a call: Press (the green key).
Make a BREWChat call: Enter the number
and press the walkie-talkie button on the left
side of the phone. Hold button to talk. Release
button to listen.
Answer a BREWChat call: Press the
walkie-talkie button.
Turn the speakerphone on or off for
BREWChat calls:
Press the speakerphone
button on the top of the phone.
Access voicemail: Press and hold and
follow the system prompts.
Verify your phone number: Select Menu
Phone Info. Press down to scroll
through information.
Silence the ringer: Press ,
then to answer.
Silence all sounds: Press and hold right.
Lock the keypad: Press and hold left.
Access your personal shortcut: Press up.
Lock the keypad: Press and hold left.
View your contacts directory: Press down.
