Saving a group from the
BREWChat Calls list
You can save a group from the Calls list as long as
the conference ID has not expired and the group
has not been deleted from the network.
1. Press the walkie-talkie button.
Make sure is highlighted.
2. Highlight a group call from the list.
Unsaved groups appear as “Group Call.”
3. Press to select Options → Get Details.
The call details screen appears.
4. Press to select Options → View
Participants
.
A list of participants appears in the Group Call
information screen.
5. To save the group as it is, press to select
Options → Save.

Enter a name for the group.
Note: To enter text, press a key once for the
first letter on the key, twice for the second
letter, and so on. Wait for the cursor to move
right and enter the next letter.
7. Press to select Save.
The Group Call information screen appears
again. The group has been saved.
8. Press to exit.
Saving multiple contacts as a group
You can place a call to a group of individual
contacts without saving them as a group.
1. Press the walkie-talkie button.
2. Highlight .
3. Select Options → Create a group.
The Add Members screen appears. Your
contacts are listed with empty check boxes.
4. To add a member for the group call, highlight
the contact name and press twice to
select
Add.
A check mark appears next to the contact name.
5. Highlight and add one contact at a time until
you have included all members for this group.
6. Select Options → Save Group.

Enter the group name in the Name field and

Save.

The contact is saved. You return to the Add
Members screen.
