Auto save SMS
Allows you to activate or deactivate the
automatic saving of messages sent in
the
Archive
menu.
Broadcast SMS
This menu allows you to activate or
deactivate the reception of SMS
broadcast by the network to all sub-
scribers. When activated, this service causes the mobile
to listen to messages which are regularly transmitted to
all subscribers on the network.
Reception
Allows you to activate/deactivate the
reception of cell broadcast messages.
When selecting
On
, you must define
one or several topics as described below.
To pics
Allows you to define the type of mes-
sages you want to receive. To define a
new type, select
<New>
, enter the code
provided by the operator, and, if desired, associate a
name. If you select an existing type in the list, you can
change or delete it. You can enter up to 15 different
types in the list. To obtain the codes corresponding to
the different types, contact your operator.
District codes
Allows you to select the type of mes-
sages you would like to be permanent-
ly displayed on the idle screen. As a
result, for this special handling of the message, you
must enter the type in both the
District code
and the
To pic s
menu.
This menu provides you with the list of outgoing and
incoming calls, as well as attempts at auto redialling
and call details. The calls made, missed and received
are displayed in chronological order with the most re-
cent on top of the list. When the Call list is empty the
screen displays
