Player Settings
4. Press the Library soft key and select one of the following options then
press the key.
• Now playing: displays information about the currently active music file.
•All: lists all music files stored on the memory card and allows you to play
individual music files or play multiple files by creating a temporary music playlist.
• Artists: displays artists names for music files on the memory card and allows
you to play one or more files from a selected artist.
• Albums: displays album titles for music files stored on the memory card and
allows you to play one or more music files from a selected album.
• Playlists: displays any playlist you saved and allows you to create, save and
manage playlists.
5. Highlight a music file from the list, press the Options soft key and select
one of the following options:
• Play via: plays the selected music file on either the Phone or a Bluetooth stereo
headset.
• Add to playlist: adds the selected music file to the playlist. For more
information, refer to "Creating a Music Playlist" on page 115.
• Delete: deletes the selected music file or multiple music files from the phone.
•Set as: sets the selected music file as a Ringtone, Individual ringtone, or Alarm
tone. For more information, refer to "Assigning Music Files" on page 100.
• Send via bluetooth: allows you to send the selected music file to another
Bluetooth enabled device.
• Sort by: sorts the music files in this playlist by the following categories: Recently
Added, My rating, or by Title.
• Properties: displays the details about the selected music file such as Artist,
Title, album, Track length, Genre, Author, Track number, and Format.
• Player settings: allows you to set preferences for the selected music file such
as the Equalizer, 3D sound or Music menu.
Player Settings
The Player settings menu configures your phone’s music playing options such as the
Equalizer, 3D sound, or Music menu. Settings for the Music menu determine the
order in which music is presented for the selected music category.
1. From within the Music Player menu, press the Options soft key, select
Player Settings, then press either the Select soft key or the key.
2. Highlight the Equalizer type option and press the Select soft key or the
key.
