Set up a soft limit area with reference to the zero point
of the basic mechanical coordinates.
For the movable area of stored stroke limit 1, set the
coordinate in the negative direction in #2013 and the
coordinate in the positive direction in #2014.
To narrow the available range in actual use, use the
parameters #8204 OT- and #8205 OT+.
When the same value (other than 0) is set in #2013
and #2014, this function is disabled.
