Find a Location Using
Local Search
Local search enables you to search
for the most current location
information.
Local Search is not available in all
areas. A data connection is required
for this feature.
TIP: You can also search using
Local Search under Connected
Services > Local Search.
Spell a Location Name or
Category
In addition to searching by spelling
the name of a location, you can also
spell the names of categories, like
“salon” or “coffee.”
1. Tap Search > Local Search.
2. Tap
Spell Name, enter your
search term, and tap Search.
3. Tap the item you want.
Search by Category
1. Tap Search > Points of Interest
> Local Search.
2. Tap a category, and then tap a
subcategory.
3. Tap the item you want.
Find Panoramio
™
Photos
Panoramio photographs contain
special information about the
location where the photograph was
taken. You can use this information
to navigate to locations and
landmarks shown in Panoramio
photographs.
Panoramio photographs are not
available in all areas. A data
connection is required for this
feature.
1. Tap Search > Panoramio
